There are fears that Chelsea may witness an exodus of its top stars by the end of the season especially has it is becoming increasingly clear that a top four finish is looking out of grasp for the Blues.
A report in UK Tabliod The Sun suggest the likes of Eden Hazard, Oscar and Diego Costa may be lured away from the Bridge pretty soon.
The reigning champions are currently 14 points off a top-four place following a disastrous first half of the season, which saw Jose Mourinho sacked and replaced by Guus Hiddink in December.
Though the Blues have slightly improved under their interim manager, the club are fearful of a player exodus led by Hazard.
For now, Real Madrid’s transfer ban could scupper their reported plans to make Hazard their next Galactico but PSG remain interested, while they have also been linked with an audacious move for Thibaut Courtois.
Also, Atletico Madrid, who are to face the same punishment as their city rivals, have been linked with a move to bring back Diego Costa to the Vicente Calderon, while Oscar is a long-term target of Juve’s.
It is yet to be seen if the players linked with Chelsea exit will stay back to help the club to the enviable heights it used to be
