Two Kenyan referees, Davies Omweno and Marwa Range have been listed among the 34 match officials selected to officiate in the fourth edition of the African Nations Championships (CHAN) set to start on Saturday 16 January in Rwanda.
Marwa was among the match officials at the 2014 FIFA World Cup and is better experienced having run matches at AFCON tournaments while Omweno will be running his first major tournament though he has had a number of high profile matches.
The two are scheduled to leave for Kigali on Sunday 10 January ahead of the mandatory physical endurance tests scheduled for three days later.
