The injured captain of the home-based Eagles, Chima Akas has returned to full training after a knee injury relapsed in Abuja and he also suffered Malaria.
Akas who stepped up to take the captain’s armband following the exit of Gbolahan Salami was full of life as the Super Eagles B training camp in Pretoria, South Africa was full of life on Saturday.
Strikers Tunde Adeniji and Chisom Chikatara also trained with the rest of the squad after Friday was observed as a rest day.
“All the players are doing fine, they all trained fully and very well,” said one of the team officials.
The Eagles will play their final warm-up match against another CHAN-bound team, Cote d’Ivoire on Monday.
Nigeria played out a 1-1 draw against Angola on Wednesday, while Cote d’Ivoire drew 1-1 with Guinea on Friday.
All these teams are preparing for the 2016 CHAN in South Africa.
