Another top striker has exited the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL as erstwhile Abia Warriors striker Chisom Chikatara has completed a move to Moroccan side Wydad Athletic Club.
Chikatara sold a dummy that he will be gunning for a new record in the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL this season but now he will be scoring in Morocco.
The CHAN Eagles striker was unveiled by his new club on Wednesday and he has vowed to make the most of the investment on him by the Moroccan giants
Kolanut boy’as Chikatara is fondly called told the press and club’s fans present at the unveiling that he will contribute his quota to help the team achieve results.
Wydad signed the 21-year-old striker after he scored four goals at the recent CHAN in Rwanda.
He played and scored for Abia Warriors on Sunday in a 2-1 win over El Kanemi Warriors in the Nigeria league
