The Confederation of African Football has appointed Boubou Traore from Mali as Referee for the 2016 African Nations Championship final round, first leg qualifier between the Home –based Senior National Team, Super Eagles B, and the Etalons of Burkina Faso, will now take place on Saturday.
Traore’s compatriots Bobo Yomboliba, Boubacar Kinta and Harouna Coulibaly will serve as assistant referee 1, assistant referee 2 and reserve referee respectively.
Mr. Pedro De Morais Neto, from Angola, will be match commissioner.
As confirmed by the NFF on Wednesday, the venue for the CHAN qualifiers remains the Adokiye Amiesieamaka Stadium, Port Harcourt, with kick –off scheduled for 4pm.
Nigeria is seeking to be among the 16 African countries to compete in Rwanda where they hope to improve on their debut show in the 2014 edition in South Africa where they settled for Bronze medal.
