South Africa PSL side, University of Pretoria have declared their intention to play a friendly with the Home based Eagles team currently in the Pretoria preparing for the Africa Nations Championship, CHAN billed for Rwanda.
The Eagles media officer, Toyin Ibitoye revealed that coach of the University side also known as Tuks FC approached handlers of the national team but no firm agreement has been made on the proposed test match.
Currently 15th on the log in the PSL, University of Pretoria will be facing Jomo Cosmos when the league action resumes in South Africa this weekend.
For now, the Super Eagles B team are confirmed for friendly games against Angola and Ivory Coast on January 6 and 11 before hitting Kigali to campign in the fourth edition of the CHAN tournament.
The Eagles are in group C alongside Tunisia, Niger Republic and Guinea.
