SuperSport United coach Stuart Baxter has confirmed that striker Jeremy Brockie will be available for selection for Friday night’s Nedbank Cup last eight showdown with MP Black Aces in Attridgeville.
Brockie was absent for SuperSport’s 2-0 win over Platinum Stars in an Absa Premiership match last Sunday, but Baxter says the New Zealand marksman, who has 15 goals to his name in all competitions this season, will be available to play against AmaZayoni.

“Jeremy Brockie was away for the last game against Platinum Stars for personal reasons, he’s available now,” Baxter told reporters.
United are currently in seventh place on the PSL standings, while Aces are fifth, and for this reason, the Englishman says his side will be underdogs – although he is still hoping to go all the way and lift some silverware in his first season at the club:
“Any coach’s goal is to win silverware. Our boys deserve to win something this season for the hard work they have put in. We go into this match as underdogs because of our position in the league,” said Baxter.
