Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi has dismissed reports linking him with a €50m move to EPL side Arsenal this summer.
Recent reports suggested that the player’s agent and wife, Wanda Nara, had held successful talks with the Gunners in London.
But the player in an interview as quoted on Corriere dello Sport said: “I’m here, and I’m happy – I say that all the time. I have a contract with Inter until 2019 and they are my team. It’s only the club that can speak about everything else.” Icardi stated.

The player himself seems focused only on staying where he is and playing well for the Nerazzurri . Icardi additionally tweeted a message that appeared to be a pledge of allegiance to Inter.
Nara who is the player’s agent tweeted an unrelated message that confirmed her presence in London on Wednesday morning, against a backdrop of claims that she had travelled to discuss her husband’s future.
