Sepp Blatter as well as UEFA President Michel Platini have been provisionally banned for 90 days by the FIFA Ethics Committee.
Also Jerome Valcke have also been handed same length of ban as they have all been told to stay away from all football matters with immediate effect.
Blatter who has been under-fire he recent months has been president of FIFA since 1998 and has worked for the organization for 40 years, starting as a technical director before becoming secretary general under former president Joao Havelange in 1981.
Swiss prosecutors last month opened a criminal investigation into Blatter but the 79-year old have denied any wrongdoing
Confederation of African Football president (CAF) Issa Hayatou is set to be named FIFA stand-in president.
The ban for Blatter and co can be appealed against within the next 48 hours, in another vein the ban can also be increased for extra 45 days.
