One of Ghana’s most famous players, Kevin-Prince Boateng could return to the scene of his most successful club, AC Milan.
After falling out with Bundesliga club Schalke over professional reasons this year, he’s been training at the Serie A club in this campaign, and hoping to return back to his former club.
Reports now indicate that he is set for a six-month loan deal with Milan from January, according to Tuttomercatoweb of Italy.
AC Milan coach Sinisa Mihajlovic has seen enough proof of his qualities in training, but they won’t make the move permanent until he proves himself, a calculated risk when you consider how he’s had troubles in the Ghana camp as well.
He enjoyed four seasons at the San Siro between 2010 and 2013, but the clubs standing has fallen since then, usually failing to qualify for the Uefa Champions League.
This season they’ve already had mixed results that sees them linger in mid-table.
