Mamelodi Sundowns star player Khama Billiat has welcomed the pressure in a crunch home encounter where you’re expected to pick up wins to progress.
It’s become all the more important since the victory against ES Setif won’t be counted with the Algerians disqualified.
“I think it is a tough game…playing at home, there is a lot of pressure…we need a result and we have to bring our A game,” said Billiat.
“We need to stay focused, make sure we do the job on the day.
“There is always pressure, it is good to play with pressure…it gives you something to play for. You don’t have time to relax, you want results.
The 25-year-old has won a number of awards for his great season with Sundowns, lifting the PSL title and Telkom KO.
“We enjoy playing with pressure and those are the games that motivate us.
“I think we are very motivated, we always believe. We have confidence and everyone is ready…we just need to be at our best.
“We stick to our plan…we want to win as many games as we can. We know at home we always bring our best so we are working hard,” Billiat added.
Enyimba will also need points after their opening match 1-0 against Zamalek.
