Andre Ayew is enjoying an excellent debut season in the English Premier League with Swansea.
Now the founder and general secretary of the Professional Footballers Association of Ghana, Anthony Baffoe has underlined Ayew’s importance to the club.
City are in a relegation battle, currently sitting in 16th position and will hope the Ghanaian can save them.
“I do not think Swansea can play without Andre, given the position in which they find themselves,” Baffoe told Citi FM.
“They will need all their key players and he is certainly one of them.
“He is not tired like some people say. I think that in every league season, there are phases – phases where you will do well and others when you will struggle.”
Ayew was named the Best Player for the Month’s of August, October and November at Swansea.
