Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu believes it’s not possible for him to move during the January transfer window.
The 25-year-old Udinese man has been linked to Juventus as well as the English Premier League but doesn’t want to let his current team down.
“I am one of the most talked of players whenever the transfer window comes around, but no concrete offer has come,” Badu told Kasapa FM.
“The position of the club is also not so good now. We have only 18 points and are 13th on the league. The point difference between us and the bottom teams are so close that I don’t think it would be the right time to leave.
“My focus now is to help the team improve on its position, so it will be difficult for me to move this January. Maybe in June, it can happen, not January.”
Badu has previously played for Berekum Arsenals, Asante Kotoko and Recreativo Huelva.
The Premier League team after his signature was Stoke City but this could change since Badu is not available. He’d have to keep impressing to stay on the radar during the Summer.
