Spanish side, Atletico Madrid are the latest team reportedly keen to sign in-form Watford striker Odion Ighalo in the January transfer window.
Ighalo who increased his goals tally in the league this season to 14 was late Sunday night reported to be on the wish list of Serie A side.
Interestingly, Ighalo is attracting attention from familiar terrain having enjoyed stints at Italy and Spain where he played for Granda.
According to The Mirror, Atletico boss Diego Simeone is a huge admirer of the 26-year-old Nigerian striker and will tell his club to push ahead with a move next month.
It is yet to be seen if the Hornets will allow Ighalo who scored 20 Championship goals last season as Watford won promotion to the top flight leave at what many term the ‘right price’.
