Former Ghana coach James Kwesi Appiah has hit back at AC Milan midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng who keeps highlighting the difference the coach and player had with the Ghana national team in the past.
The 28-year-old stated that Appiah only removed him from the 2014 Fifa World Cup camp in Brazil because the coach personally didn’t like him. However Appiah has now responded.
“I do not harbour hatred against any human being. I will rather wish Boateng does a search to find out why out of 23 players he was the only one who had problems with both the technical team and management,” Appiah told Kasapa FM.
“Now, we’ve all moved on so it will be better for him to keep quiet and channel his energy into prayers in order to get a lot of playing time at his club and allow us to live in peace,” he added.
Actually Sulley Muntari also had problems with Ghana, and both these famous players were told they could only return after apologizing for their errors, which hasn’t occurred since.
