The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Appeals Board has ordered that sub branch elections be repeated in three sub branches, stemming from appeals filed from the process held on Friday 4 December and subsequent hearings on 23rd December 2015.
The board has directed that the process be repeated in Makadara, Nyahururu and Machakos.
It has also overturned the directive to have repeat polls in Nyanza West and Lower Eastern sub branches after the FKF Electoral Board lodged successful petitions against the order issued earlier.
In related development, the board also dismissed the petition to have repeat polls in Kiambu sub branch.
Benson Kavali Muli applied to have the polls repeated in Machakos after protesting over the change of polling station on the voting day as well as a reduction of voting clubs from 43 to 21.
In Nyahururu, Ochuku Buhari filed in protest that ineligible clubs voted in the polls and also that a number of voters were impostors.
In Makadara sub branch Martin Kavaya filed in protest of inadequate voting materials on the polling day and also that some ineligible clubs were allowed to vote while some delegates were allowed to vote twice.
The board has however not issued the date for the repeat polls.
