Ahmed Musa will join the rest of the Leicester City squad next week in their Austria training camp, after he has completed the move from CSKA Moscow.
The Nigeria international’s move to England is all but done after Leicester and CSKA Moscow agreed a $21m deal for the speedy forward.
The deal will be officially announced by the English champions this weekend when Musa completes a medical and he will then head up to Austria as Leicester prepare to defend the title they won last season.
Musa’s deal means he has broken Leicester’s transfer record and will be hoping to prove himself as he makes his first foray into English football.
The 23-year old could have joined the Foxes in the January transfer window, but the move was blocked by his Russian club.
A few other English clubs reportedly also made enquiries about him, but Leicester were always ahead of the queue for the former Kano Pillars man.
