Anglo-Nigerian winger Moses Odubajo has been speaking ahead of their Championship game against Charlton Athletic on Saturday.
The 22-year old, alongside Chuba Akpom and Sone Aluko are expected to feature at the KC Stadium and it is Odubajo who says the must concentrate on their own results as they occupy the second spot on the table.
“We still only really look at our own results because it is still early days. Nothing is decided now so we have to just focus on ourselves and focus on us winning games,” Odubajo said.
“It’s hard not to see other results in today’s game with all the social media and everything, but we can’t focus on them too much.
“If teams around us lose then great because that help us, but it’s not something we can control. We can only concentrate on getting our own results and that will be no different when we play Charlton on Saturday.”
The Tigers have 50 points after 26 games and are five behind leaders MIddlesbrough.
