The dream to play in Europe next season is still burning at St. Mary’s with the Southampton manager Ronald Koeman stating that the team goes to the final two matches of the season looking to actualize the dream.
Southampton, home to Kenyan international Victor Wanyama, will be taking on Tottehnam Hotspurs on Sunday 8 May and the Dutchman says they are full of confidence heading to the match at White Hart Lane.
He says he has a fully fit squad with the last two matches providing the chance to make the dream come true but is just aware of the threat Southampton poses.
“Everybody is fit and everybody is available. The team is full of confidence. We don’t have injuries and the team is working hard, keeping the belief to reach and fight for Europe. We’re still in charge of that. Some teams play fantastic football. One of them is Tottenham and one of them is Southampton, He said ahead of the game.
